i need a new dish for my guests and my self, something that has garlic, not too strong. something discreet, made specially for claustrophobics (like me).
can you make and post a recipe for the above description?
i want the dish to be light, with a hint of garlic, i love exotic food, something experimental...something you dont eat everyday. i know that garlic can be a bit hot, so i need the dish to have something to cool down the mouth, maybe a cucumber sauce of some sort on the side.
appearance: i want the dish to look bright, not dark colored sauces etc
also if you can tell me how to cook the fish with the skin, but i want to remove the skin afterwards and have the fish look white on the plate. is there a way i can keep the flavors of the fish's skin after i remove it?
ps. I mentioned earlier that im claustrophobic. I want to serve the dish on a big flat plate, so no many juices and thin sauces.
As well as being able to arrange the meal around the big dish. I want to give my guests the sensation of luxury. Not to feel as if they have to eat in restrictions. I want them to have space on their plate no much of food for stuffing them selves.
I also would like to have something out of the ordinary on the same plate, maybe a small rice cake made with a bit of alcohol or thin strips of cucumber marinated in wine vinegar or something…
ok ok I got it. So many instructions for just one plate. I have an idea. It's a bit tricky but it's great. You need 1 day in advance to prepare it. I'll post it. Hang up
